Job Description

We are searching for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our dynamic team at Ghani Biriyani Restaurant, a thriving multi-cuisine restaurant located in Thanjavur.

About the Role:



In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of our culinary operations, including:

Overseeing menu development and ensuring seasonality and creativity across various cuisines. Maintaining the highest standards for food quality, presentation, and taste. Managing and motivating a team of chefs and kitchen staff. Implementing and enforcing food safety and sanitation protocols. Controlling food costs and minimizing waste. Staying current on culinary trends and techniques.

Qualifications:



6-10 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a multi-cuisine restaurant. Strong understanding of various cuisines and cooking techniques. Proven ability to develop and execute creative menus. Experience in menu costing, inventory control, and food safety. Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.
