About the Company



Chandi Hospitality, a California-based hospitality group known for its successful portfolio of restaurant concepts in the U.S., is launching an ambitious new venture in Mohali: a

multi-cuisine restaurant and brewery

.The venue will feature global cuisine, craft beer brewed on-site, and a vibrant dining experience designed for India's modern culinary audience.

Position Overview



We are seeking a

visionary Executive Chef Partner

to co-lead this flagship concept in Mohali. This is a unique opportunity to become a core part of a high-profile launch, with

partnership potential and a leadership role in menu development, kitchen operations, and brewery-culinary integration

.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned culinary leader with experience across multiple cuisines, a deep understanding of craft brewing, and a passion for innovation and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities



Culinary Leadership



Design and execute a globally inspired, multi-cuisine menu tailored to urban Indian diners Lead the end-to-end culinary operations including menu engineering, procurement, and execution Collaborate with the brewery team to create beer-forward food pairings and dishes that complement seasonal brews Implement quality control, portion standards, and recipe consistency across all dayparts

Kitchen & Staff Management



Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing kitchen team Establish systems for inventory control, food safety (FSSAI compliance), and kitchen sanitation Lead daily operations with a focus on efficiency, cost control, and excellence Coordinate with front-of-house and management teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

Strategic Involvement



Work with Chandi Hospitality's leadership on long-term brand development, expansion plans, and financial targets Stay ahead of culinary and brewery trends to keep the brand innovative and relevant Participate in marketing efforts, food photography, chef's table events, and collaborations

Qualifications



Minimum 10+ years of professional kitchen experience with at least 5 years in an Executive Chef or Head Chef role Proven experience in multi-cuisine environments (e.g., Indian, Asian, Continental, American, etc.) Strong understanding of the craft beer industry, with practical experience in food-beer pairing or brewpub operations Culinary degree or equivalent international kitchen experience preferred Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take ownership and drive growth Exceptional leadership, communication, and kitchen management skills Must be open to relocation and long-term commitment in Mohali
