Responsibilities:
Lead culinary operations across fine-dine (Our restaurant & Bar) and three cloud kitchens (Biryani Kebab, health-focused, and fast-food).
Develop and innovate signature menus across multiple cuisines.
Streamline kitchen operations, ensure quality, hygiene, and cost control.
Manage kitchen staff, training, and vendor relations.
Collaborate with management on seasonal menus and promotions.
Requirements
:
Passionate, energetic, and innovative chef with versatility across cuisines.
Experience in fine-dining, QSR, or cloud kitchen setups preferred.
Strong leadership, creativity, and adaptability to food trends.
