Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Chef at our restaurant and hotel with 40 rooms and banquet located in Kottayam. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, creating and designing new menus, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining inventory and food costs. Qualifications Culinary Arts, Menu Planning, and Food Preparation skills Strong leadership and management abilities Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in menu development and cost control Certification in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus
