Executive Chef
to lead our food production team.
Executive Chef :
The Executive Chef is responsible for leading the overall culinary operations of the Resort, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and cost control. The role involves menu planning, staff supervision, inventory management, and maintaining guest satisfaction through exceptional dining experiences.
Eligibility & Skill Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
Minimum 7-10 years of culinary experience, including 2-3 years as Executive Chef / Senior Chef position in a reputed hotel or resort.
Strong knowledge of South Indian, North Indian, Continental, and International cuisines.
Strong knowledge of hygiene, safety, and kitchen SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute innovative menus for all outlets and banquets.
Lead, train, motivate, and supervise all kitchen staff
Hygiene, Safety & Standards - Maintain strict HACCP and FSSAI hygiene guidelines.
Monitor food cost, wastage, and consumption trends to achieve budgeted profitability.
Guest Satisfaction & Service Coordination
Prepare kitchen-related reports, including food cost analysis and menu performance.
