We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative
Executive Chef
to lead our culinary operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, possess strong leadership skills, and be capable of managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, staff supervision, and maintaining exceptional standards of taste, quality, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Design, plan, and execute menus that balance creativity, quality, and cost-efficiency
Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Manage food costing, inventory, and procurement while minimizing wastage
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations at all times
Collaborate with management on seasonal menu updates, events, and promotions
Maintain consistent culinary excellence and ensure guest satisfaction
Monitor kitchen performance and implement best practices for efficiency
Requirements
Proven experience as an
Executive Chef
or in a senior culinary leadership role
Expertise in multi-cuisine menu development and kitchen operations
Strong knowledge of food costing, stock management, and kitchen budgeting
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver consistently high standards
Culinary degree/diploma preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
