Key Responsibilities:



Lead kitchen operations with a focus on quality and consistency.

Design innovative, seasonal vegetarian menus.

Manage and mentor kitchen staff.

Ensure food safety, cost control, and inventory management.

Deliver exceptional guest experiences through creative dishes.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in fine dining or high-end vegetarian restaurants.

Expertise in vegetarian cuisine and innovative menu development.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Culinary degree or international exposure is a plus.
