Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef at Hotel Nandan in Guwahati. The Executive Chef will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel\'s food production, including menu planning, inventory management, kitchen management, and food preparation. The Executive Chef will lead a team of culinary professionals and collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional dining experiences for guests. Qualifications Culinary Arts degree or equivalent work experience 10-12 years of relevant work experience in a high volume kitchen environment Expertise in menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation Experience in kitchen management, including inventory management and ordering supplies Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines Experience in luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant is a plus
