Banerjee Inn is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Executive Chef
with a minimum of
5 years of proven experience
in the culinary field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu planning, food presentation, and team management while ensuring top-quality dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and present a wide range of cuisines with high standards.
Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team for efficiency and excellence.
Develop menus, costing, and maintain food quality & consistency.
Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control effectively.
Coordinate with management and service staff for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef / Senior Chef.
Expertise in multi-cuisine preparation & innovative presentation.
Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
Ability to train and mentor staff.
Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
