Lead and manage all kitchen operations for catering events.
Design and develop innovative menus based on event type & client requirements.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety.
Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and workflow during events.
Monitor inventory, food cost, and procurement.
Collaborate with event managers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Train and motivate the culinary team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef in catering/hospitality.
Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and large-scale cooking.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure during peak event hours.
Knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene, and costing.
Creativity and passion for food trends and presentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Culinary degree/diploma (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in corporate catering, weddings, or large events.
Strong communication & organizational skills.
