Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and leadership
Ensure high-quality standards for food preparation and service
Monitor and control food costs and inventory levels
Collaborate with management on special events, catering, and menu development
Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen management, and food service operations
Leadership skills to motivate and guide kitchen staff
Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
Experience in catering, banquet, or hospitality settings is a plus
