:We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Channel Sales Executive to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in developing and nurturing a channel for distributors of our refurbished and new IT Server , storage , laptops, desktops, and workstations.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales through the channel, meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to increase sales and expand market reach.- Nurture relationships with existing channel partners to ensure their needs are met and to identify new opportunities.- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the partner experience and ensure customer satisfaction.- Regularly review sales progress with partners and implement improvements as needed.- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.- Proven experience in sales, ideally channel sales, within the IT hardware industry.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Strong understanding of the IT hardware market, including server , storage, laptops, desktops, and workstations.
