Archimedis Digital is scaling rapidly from a specialized Life Sciences tech firm to a global digital leader. As the Executive - CEO's Office, you will serve as a "force multiplier" for the CEO. This is a junior version of a Chief of Staff role, designed for a high-potential, agile individual who wants to learn how to build and scale a company from the inside out
Note: This is not an Executive Assistant (EA) or Secretarial role. While you will handle some logistics, your primary focus is business operations, strategy execution, and ensuring the CEO's priorities move forward
1. Shadow & Synthesize (The "Right Hand")
Attend high-level meetings with the CEO (Client calls, Internal Strategy, Board reviews)
Your job is to listen, capture key action items, and ensuring the leadership team follows through. You are the "accountability engine."
Draft minutes, memos, and strategic communications on behalf of the CEO
2.Data, Decks, & Storytelling
Convert raw ideas into polished, professional presentations (Pitch decks, Quarterly Business Reviews, All-Hands meetings)
Conduct market research (e.g., "What is the competitor landscape for GenAI in Pharma?") and present findings in concise 1-pagers
Analyze internal data (sales pipeline, hiring velocity) to spot trends and red flags
3.Special Projects (The "Swiss Army Knife"):
Own ad-hoc strategic projects that don't fit neatly into a specific department. (e.g., "Set up the framework for our new office in Europe" or "Organize the annual leadership offsite")
Act as a proxy for the CEO in initial screenings or operational checks
4.Gatekeeping & Prioritization:
Help manage the CEO's bandwidth by filtering requests and ensuring his time is spent
on high-leverage activities
Prepare briefing notes before important meetings so the CEO is always prepared
