Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary

Executive CEO (Commercial)

to lead RTI with a professional and entrepreneurial approach. The ideal candidate will drive strategic growth while upholding the Institute's values of heritage, empowerment, and community service. The role requires a hands-on leader who can enhance operational efficiency, drive revenue generation, and expand RTI's commercial footprint while nurturing its philanthropic mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and overall direction to all departments of RTI. Spearhead commercial operations including product development, retail, catering, and fundraising. Identify and implement growth opportunities across food, craft, and heritage product lines. Modernize systems and processes while preserving RTI's cultural ethos. Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve business and social objectives. Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance with fiscal discipline. Strengthen partnerships, donor relations, and collaborations with stakeholders. Champion women's skill development and livelihood initiatives.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 15 years

of senior leadership experience in a similar or relevant position. Proven entrepreneurial skills and ability to lead a heritage organization with commercial goals. Strong understanding of retail operations, food services, or artisanal products preferred. Experience in social enterprises, NGOs, or women-led initiatives is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. A visionary yet grounded approach to innovation and impact.
