Job Description

The Executive - CCTV Monitoring is responsible for continuous surveillance of the premises through CCTV systems to detect and prevent incidents related to theft, vandalism, misconduct, or safety breaches. This role ensures the security and safety of employees, assets, and property by monitoring real-time and recorded footage, identifying suspicious activity, and escalating issues to the appropriate authorities.

Monitor live CCTV feeds from all surveillance cameras covering various zones of the various offices/branches. Identify and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, or safety hazards to the concerned authority immediately. Maintain detailed records of incidents and create daily monitoring reports. Retrieve and review recorded footage upon request for investigations, audits, or compliance checks. Collaborate with security staff and emergency response teams during incidents. Ensure all CCTV systems and equipment are functioning properly; report technical issues to the IT or maintenance department. Handle data with confidentiality and integrity, complying with organizational policies and legal standards. Support investigations by providing necessary video evidence and time-stamped footage. Stay updated with company policies, emergency procedures, and compliance requirements. Perform periodic reviews of camera placements and recommend improvements if needed.
