Overview
The Executive Business Support role is a key position within the Bangalore office, providing high-level administrative, coordination, and operational support to senior management teams and technical disciplines. The role is best suited for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized professional who can manage multiple priorities while ensuring smooth business operations.
The Executive Business Support professional will work closely with senior leaders--especially the Canada leadership team--and act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for various administrative functions. Responsibilities include managing meetings and minutes, planning travel, preparing reports, coordinating with HR and facilities, managing office logistics, organizing events, supporting project governance, administering seating plans, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards. This role also plays a crucial part in facilitating executive visits and supporting productivity, revenue reporting, and QA documentation requirements.
The position requires strong communication skills in English and French, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and experience in office administration or customer service. Knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI is an added advantage. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, tech-savvy, and capable of supporting stakeholders across global teams.
