• Responsible My Agent application related activities (New Business code creation, Supervisor mapping change, Designation update request in Distribution patch of DSF.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Publish MIS for monitoring performance

• Assign AML/ULIP Test to New joinee FLS & Creation of business code
• Publish accurate and timely MIS for channels / key relationships & other Functions.
• Gather, Analyze, and compile data needed to identify trends and patterns, then make recommendations for business actions.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance of MIS reporting system and collation of data inputs
• Conceptualize and Design Templates for New dashboard/ reports along with customer under the Performance Management framework
• Adhering to agreed TAT and accuracy of the data request
• To consistently & accurately populate various dashboards as per plan & fulfill adhoc requirement

• Data Analysis

• Data analytics for Management support and decision making
• Provide quality trend analysis for management decision-making
• Suggest corrective measures/new means to manage outages

• Handle Ad-hoc analysis requirements for the senior management team.

• Automation

• Optimize current bandwidth & increase efficiency
• Adopt New tool / technologies

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

• Consistency & Timeliness as per plan for Dashboard publishing
• Quality of Dashboards / reports conceptualized under Performance framework
• Work as per defined timelines
• Customer Engagement and Feedback
• Coordination and Relationship within and outside the function
• Supervisor Feedback.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 0 - 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate/PG
• Good Communication skills
• Good analytical skills with ability to Collate and Analyze Large Amount of Data
• Learning Agility
• Understanding of MS-Access / Advance Excel
