We are hiring a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager for our System Integration distribution business. The role involves channel sales, SI partner management, and business growth across ICT / ELV solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business through System Integrators, Channel Partners, and Resellers- Develop and manage SI partner network in assigned territory- Promote ICT / ELV solutions including Networking, CCTV, Access Control, AV, Structured Cabling, Servers- Handle lead generation, product pitching, demos, and proposal submissions- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets- Coordinate with OEMs, presales, and operations teams- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and MIS reports- Identify new projects, tenders, and upcoming opportunitiesCandidate Profile:- Experience in System Integration / IT / ELV distribution sales- Strong understanding of SI ecosystem and channel sales- Proven experience in B2B sales / partner sales- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Willingness to travel within the assigned regionIndustry : IT / System Integration / ELV / ICT DistributionEducation : Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days preferredJob Location : Mumbai (Thane) (ref:updazz.com)
