Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1-3 years of experience in IT Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software and technology solutions, with a passion for client engagement, lead generation, and closing business deals.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and build a strong pipeline.- Pitch products/services effectively over the phone to prospective clients.- Understand customer needs and present relevant solutions to drive sales.- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and close sales.- Update CRM/database regularly with customer details and interaction history.- Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and sales targets.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales support.- Participate in sales training, meetings, and brainstorming sessions to improve performance.Required Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B IT Sales (preferably in software services, SAS, SaaS, or custom development).- Strong understanding of IT products and solutions.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Ability to travel locally as required.
