Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Identify and research potential clients within the education sector (e.g., schools, educational institutions including private coaching , government bodies). - Develop new business opportunities by liaisoning with school administration, tuition teachers and coaching centers - Develop and execute strategic outreach plans including ground activations through workshops and seminars in schools, participation in promotional events in residential societies etc to generate new leads and foster relationships with decision-makers. - Participate in/Organize conferences, workshops, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads. - Present and demonstrate our educational products to prospective clients, effectively articulating their value proposition. - Establish and maintain relationships with the other teams of Allen - Ensure all leads generated are of High Quality & uploaded timely in the system for further management - Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and educational policy changes. - Achieve and exceed assigned targets and key performance indicators. - Provide regular reports on activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management. - Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliances. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science or a related field. - 2+ years of proven experience in business development or sales, specifically within the education industry.
