About the Role:We are looking for a person who can call customers, explain our services, and help them to join with us. This job needs good communication and positive attitude.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to customers from the given contact list.- Explain our company services clearly and politely.- Answer customer questions and provide required information.- Follow up with customers who have shown interest.- Maintain a daily call record and update customer status.- Support the team to reach daily/monthly target.Skills Required:- Good communication skills (Tamil is must, English added advantage).- Should be polite, confident, and friendly during calls.- Able to convince customers and handle queries.- Basic computer knowledge (Calling, WhatsApp, Excel update).- Freshers are welcome, training will be provided.Education: Any Degree can apply.Salary:Best in industry + Incentives based on performance.
