The ideal candidate will have experience working with overseas education consultants and possess strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage leads and convert prospective students into successful enrollments.Key Responsibilities:- Generate and manage leads for overseas education and student consulting services.- Counsel students on study-abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and application processes.- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.- Conduct presentations, seminars, and student outreach programs.- Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to conversion.- Perform market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities.- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM systems.- Collaborate with internal teams for application processing and student support.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience in overseas education consulting/student business development.- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability in lead generation and sales funnel management.
