Job Title:Business Development Executive (BDE)Job Purpose:The Business Development Executive is responsible for finding new clients, explaining services, and achieving sales targets for PhD assistance and research guidance services.Roles & Responsibilities :- Find new leads such as PhD scholars, research students, and faculty members- Make outbound and inbound calls to explain company services- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable research services- Follow up with interested clients and close sales- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets- Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM or records- Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth service delivery- Handle client queries and provide proper support- Maintain good client relationships for repeat business- Share daily and monthly sales reports with managementSkills Required :- Good communication and convincing skills- Basic sales and negotiation ability- Follow-up and relationship management- Target-oriented working style- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)Qualification:- Any Graduate / Undergraduate- Freshers and experienced candidates can applyExperience:- 0-3 years (Training will be provided) (ref:updazz.com)
