We are seeking pre-sales consultant who supports lead qualification, product demonstrations, and proposal preparation by understanding customer needs and coordinating with technical teams. Helps drive client engagement and solution alignment while building strong communication and techno-functional skills.

Responsibilities:
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
Work alongside the pre-sales team with product demonstrations
Coordination with client team and QBurst technical team
Work on proposal submissions by understanding the customer business requirement.
Experience in developing proposals
Discussions with customer and other stakeholders to seek clarifications on RFP's
Arrive at Technical proposal with the right design & solution based on the RFP need; working with Technical Architects and Digital Delivery teams
Manage scope and expectation of the client
Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives
Follow up on leads generated by the marketing department and from inbound inquiries

Requirements:
Strong communication skills and IT fluency
A proven track record of strong client relationships
Excellent client service skills
Experience of selling Software or IT based solutions or technical products
Ability to work in a techno-functional role
Awareness of web and mobile technologies
* Willingness to travel for short/medium term
