TECH MAHINDRA SMART ACADEMY FOR HEALTHCARE Organization Profile Tech Mahindra Foundation is the Corporate Social Responsibility arm of Tech Mahindra Limited, a Mahindra Group Company. The Foundation set up in 2007, as a Section 25 Company (referred to as a Section 8 Company in the Companies Act, 2013), has been working tirelessly in the areas of education, disability and employability with a keen focus on corporate volunteering. It operates across eleven locations in India. The Foundation has been running SMART Academies (since May 2016) with the intent of offering more advanced and longer-term courses in some specialized vocations. At present, the Foundation runs nine Tech Mahindra SMART Academies, including five SMART Academies for Healthcare, three SMART Academies for Digital Technologies and one SMART Academy for Logistics. The goal of setting up these Academies was twofold -- create, build and nurture youth to develop skills in specific industries including healthcare, digital technologies and logistics along with uplifting country's youth and transforming them into world-class professionals. The Academies offer both diploma and certificate (by the qualified professionals) courses. Work with one of India's top CSR Foundations. Tech Mahindra Foundation is looking for a resourceful and motivated individual for the above-mentioned vacancy. Roles and Responsibilities: Reach out to schools and colleges for seminars and counselling sessions. Create awareness in the community on the courses offered. Mobilize the student group for Tech Mahindra SMART Academy's courses and generate walk-ins to the centre through local marketing. Counsel students on courses offered by the Foundation and convert the prospect into admission. Work in collaboration with Educational/ NGOs/Organizations/Community leaders/Govt. departments/etc. to reach out to students. Maintain the student database and prepare the reports as required. To execute the marketing plan to meet monthly admission targets. Open to any other task as assigned by the management Desired Candidate Possess excellent communication skills along with excellent professional use of communicative and written English. Should possess a reasonably good IQ, perfect attitude, lots of patience and presentable personality. Should have in-depth understanding of the Student Admission/Enrolment Process in education sector. Have a detailed understanding of assigned territory and identify clusters for potential students. Well-versed with Punjabi and English language. Experience At least 3 years full-time experience out of which 1 year must be in Education sector in technical courses in a reputed organization in similar position.
