Having a fair knowledge about various material characterization and material testing services techniques. Gain a deep technical understanding of the company's material characterization techniques, such as microscopy, spectroscopy, and thermal analysis. Should have knowledge of chemical characterization techniques, like ICP, GC, LC and conventional methods. Having knowledge of electron microscopy (especially SEM-EDX and TEM) and other investigative tools like MicroCT, Surface profilers, Raman Spectroscopy. Should be aware of Non-Destructive testing and evaluation , Should have knowledge about metallographic equipment and their application. Biocompatibility and Microbiology testing knowledge is an added advantage. Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, new market segments, and industry trends. Generate new leads through proactive outreach, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and initial contact to negotiation and closing deals. Develop and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with current and potential clients to ensure retention and future growth. Work with technical, operations, and marketing teams to create proposals and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities. Comply and ensure implementation of the company's and the customer's Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements.

Experience & Further Qualifications

A diploma or bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field, such as Materials Science, Chemistry/Physics, or Engineering, is highly preferred. Experience in technical sales or business development, preferably within a testing laboratory or similar technical services industry. A strong command of the domain subject matter, including knowledge of material properties and characterization methods.

0-1 years of experience in business development/sales related field and would prefer sales experience in material testing services.
