Datamate is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive - Business Development to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering innovative hospitality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the Hotel Industry. Utilize multiple lead generation methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and industry networking. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Conduct engaging sales presentations, product demonstrations, and prepare tailored proposals. Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively. Keep updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for our hospitality software solutions. Provide excellent customer support across the sales cycle and post-sales engagement. Address client queries promptly and resolve concerns in a timely manner. Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or technology sector. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
