- Job title: Executive- Business Development- IT/Software- Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Onsite)- Experience: 2.5+ Years- Employment Type: Full-Time- Industry: IT / SoftwareAbout the Role:We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in IT / Software Services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.- Pitch IT services (web/app development, software solutions, etc.) to potential clients.- Conduct client meetings and deliver presentations (virtual or in-person).- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.- Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate with internal teams on project discussions.- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM tools.- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Required Skills & Experience:- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.- Understanding of IT services such as web/app development, and custom software solutions.- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred:- Experience in B2B or software service sales.- Exposure to proposal writing and RFP handling.Education:- Graduate in any stream (ref:updazz.com)
