Job Description

We're looking for a Business Development Executive with experience(2-4 Years) in international markets (UK/US/UAE/Europe/Middle East/AMEA).- Company location: World Trade Center, Kharadi, Pune- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 1 PM To 10 PM- Mode of Work: WFO- NP: Immediate joiners onlyKey Responsibilities:- Generating leads, connecting with prospects to identify potential business opportunities, and driving sales.- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.- Effectively manage the sales pipeline and analyze market trends to identify and establish competitive advantages.- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- Participate in discussions on strategic and sensitive matters.Required Qualifications & Experience:- At least 2+ years of experience in International IT sales and SaaS sales.- Proven success in lead generation, customer acquisition, and enterprise sales.- Knowledge of Mobile/Web Applications, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, ERP solutions, and Cloud Services is an added advantage.- Experience in Contract resources overseas (Time & Material).- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).- Ability to self-hunt leads and execute sales strategies in international markets.- Excellent communication skills in English (foreign language proficiency is an advantage).
