We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales/Business Development Executive to drive the sales of our IoT devices and solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IoT products, be comfortable with field sales, and be willing to conduct on-site product demonstrations. This role requires building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales growth through direct engagement and partnerships.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for IoT devices and solutions.- Conduct on-site client visits, presentations, and live product demonstrations.- Understand client needs and recommend suitable IoT solutions.- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.- Consistently achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and market expansion objectives.- Stay updated with IoT industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.- Collaborate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, and customer support.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and prepare weekly reports.Key Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.- 1-4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in IoT, electronics, telecom, or technology solutions.- Strong knowledge and understanding of IoT products/solutions is mandatory.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to manage client relationships independently.- Must be comfortable with extensive field sales and site visits for product demos.
