Job Description

- Experience Required: 3+ years of proven experience in hospitality, furniture/interior design sales.- Gender Preference: Male- Education: Graduate (Business Administration, Sales, Interior Design, or Hospitality Managementpreferred)- Age: 25 to 35 years- Other Requirements: Strong Presentation Skills, Open to TravelKey Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy & Planning:- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to grow Company's presence in the hospitality industry by identifying key segments, setting goals, and driving action plans.2. Client Acquisition & Management:- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients from the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, and serviced apartments.- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, architects, and interior designers to ensure repeat business.3. Market Research & Networking:- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility.4. Project Coordination:- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project execution that meets client expectations.5. Reporting & Analysis:- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis to support strategic decisions and identify improvement areas.6.
