This role focuses on expanding our presence across the U.S. healthcare sector, with a primary emphasis on hospitals, medical centers, and healthcare networks. You will be responsible for promoting our staffing and recruitment services, especially for critical roles such as registered nurses, operational staff, and healthcare management professionals. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of building long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities :- Identify and engage with new clients in the hospital and medical industry across the U.S.- Sell staffing solutions for both full-time and temporary roles including nurses, administrative staff, and clinical managers.- Understand client needs and communicate our value proposition effectively.- Generate leads, conduct cold calls/emails, schedule meetings, and close service contracts.- Negotiate terms and secure signed agreements for recruitment engagements.- Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure client requirements are fulfilled efficiently.- Maintain accurate records of outreach, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system.- Build strong relationships to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships.Requirements :- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or staffing/recruitment services.- Exposure to the healthcare sector or hospital clients is highly preferred.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.- Comfortable working across US time zones (PST/EST/CST).- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.- Familiarity with CRMs, lead generation tools, and virtual communication platforms.Preferred Skills:- Prior experience selling staffing services to healthcare providers (nurses, clinical support staff, healthcare managers).- Understanding of recruitment delivery processes and compliance in healthcare staffing.- Strong presentation skills to confidently engage with hospital HR, department heads, or leadership Resourcifi teams.
