Job Description

Monitoring online and offline tender portals (E.g. GeM, E-Procurement etc.) for relevant opportunities.

Analyzing & interpretation of tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) to assess feasibility and alignment with company capabilities.

Collaborating with various departments (e.g., technical, projects, finance) to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy.

Ensuring all tender documents, certifications, and other required paperwork are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations.

Monitoring tender timelines and ensuring all submissions are made on or before the deadline.

Maintaining accurate records of all tender activities and communications.

Liaising with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and negotiate terms.

Following up on submitted tenders and providing regular updates on their status.

Developing and implementing strategies to improve the company's win rate on tenders.

Analyzing competitor bids and identifying areas for improvement.

Developing and maintaining a database of potential clients and partners.

Proven experience in a tendering or procurement role, preferably with experience in the relevant industry.

Strong understanding of the tender process, including legal and regulatory requirements.

Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, or a related field.

Years of Experience - 2 to 3 years (Experience in Inspection and Certification industry is preferable)
