Key Responsibilities
Work on the
qualified leads provided by the company

Convert
hot leads into site visits
and ensure maximum client turnout.
Regularly
follow up with warm and cold leads
to keep them engaged.
Assist clients during property site visits, explain project details, and highlight investment benefits.
Maintain positive client relationships to ensure smooth conversion.
Update and maintain lead status reports for management.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements

Experience

Prior experience in sales/business development preferred.
Real estate experience will be an advantage.
