Role Overview The Business Development Executive will proactively support our leadership team in expanding client relationships and building a strong pipeline. Key Responsibilities - Research and identify potential clients across BFSI and other sectors - Write impactful cold emails and - Proactively Cold Call to engage with decision-makers - Create proposals, pitch decks, - Ensure strong client follow-ups - Maintain structured lead and outreach trackers/CRM - Gather market intelligence on hiring trends and competitor activity Skills & Competencies - Self starter & result oriented mindset - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) - Confidence in cold outreach and relationship building - Process orientation with attention to detail - Research-driven with ability to map accounts and stakeholders - Comfortable with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Suite/ Presentation/Creation tools Qualifications - Graduate/Postgraduate with 1-3 years of experience in business development, inside sales.
