Business Development Manager - Elevator / Construction / Real Estate (Bengaluru) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (On-site with regional travel) Experience: 2-6- years in B2B sales-preferably in elevators, construction, or real estate Education: Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (preferred) Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and pursue new business through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and industry events- Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demos of elevator systems- Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and close deals end-to-end- Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless delivery- Required Skills- Proven record in B2B sales/business development within relevant industries- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities- Self-driven with excellent follow-up skills and cold-calling experience- Fluent in English; proficiency in Kannada or other regional languages preferred- Comfortable with frequent travel and field visits (ref:updazz.com)
