Role Overview : - As a Senior Business Development Associate, you'll be a key driver of growth at Scaler. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and positioning Scaler's market-leading upskilling programs as the ideal solution. - You will be a trusted advisor, guiding tech professionals toward making one of the most important decisions of their careers. - This role requires a perfect blend of sales proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping people succeed. Key Responsibilities : Business Development :- Engage with prospective learners, build rapport, and present Scaler's programs with clarity and conviction. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas. Sales Excellence: Demonstrate a deep passion for sales and a relentless drive to achieve targets. Communication: Utilize excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills to articulate the value proposition effectively. Tech-Product Proficiency: Effectively handle and demonstrate knowledge of a tech product, positioning it to a tech-savvy audience. Sales Process Management: Navigate the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, with a preliminary knowledge of CRM tools like LSQ (LeadSquared). Eligibility Criteria We're looking for a sharp, driven sales professional who is ready to make a significant impact. Must-Have: Education: An undergraduate degree in any stream (B.Tech & MBA preferred). Experience: Minimum of 1 to 6 years of proven sales and business development experience. Industry Experience: A strong background in the EdTech industry, upskilling segment, higher education, or IT solutions is a significant advantage. Age: Up to 32 years.
