Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential students through outbound calls, online research, and networking.- Present, pitch, and counsel prospects about online UGEN PG courses via phone, email, and virtual meetings.- Qualify leads, build and maintain relationships, explain course benefits, and address queries.- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for monthly/quarterly revenue.- Maintain and update lead database using CRM tools.- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns.- Track sales metrics and report progress to management.- Stay updated with market trends in online education, competition, and customer preferences.- Provide timely and outstanding customer support, resolving inquiries and concerns promptly.- Participate in relevant training, workshops, and learning modules as required.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred).- 1-5 years' experience in Inside Sales/Outbound Sales/TeleSales/Educational Sales.- Excellent communication and presentation skills (proficiency in English and Hindi).- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.- Time management and self-motivation for target achievement.- Experience with CRM software and online sales tools.- Passion to work in a dynamic, fast-paced EdTech environment.- Ability and willingness to learn about new products and markets.- EdTech or similar sales background is an added advantage (ref:updazz.com)
