-Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance-A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunitiesWe are here to hire young minds who have knowledge about Life sciences chemicals and biotechnology lab chemicals and are eligible to apply from only Bengaluru LocationThe Job :Your Responsibilities will include :- For field sales/marketing and promotion of Laboratory chemicals/API products, biotech products especially Bio-chemicals, Molecular Biology &, and pharmaceutical chemicals.- Visit on daily basis different companies, universities & institutes to generate sales for chemicals- Assist and coordinate with the marketing team to achieve targets and generate new markets in the assigned territories.- Coordinate with channel partners in assigned territories to achieve the sale targets.- Actively involved in the launching of new products and promotional of catalog products- Will be involved in the training of new subordinates.Ideal Candidate: Skills Required :- M.Sc./MTech/Ph.D./B.Tech in Chemistry (any stream in chemistry)/Biotechnology/Life Science/Microbiology- The minimum required experience is 0.6-2 years.- It's a field sales job with an attractive fixed salary package- Excellent communication skills in English or Local languages. Exposure and experience in handling marketing teams and channel partners.- You have prior experience in dealing with Dealers and Distributors.- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales.- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments- You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
