The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth for Teamwork Communications Group by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and supporting the conversion of leads into long-term partnerships. - The role requires a strong understanding of PR services, client needs, and market trends.- Experience is mandatory from the PR / Integrated communication agency. Identify and research potential clients across corporate, startup, consumer, and institutional sectors- Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, events, and outbound outreach- Set up meetings and pitch presentations with prospective clientsClient Pitching & Proposals :- Coordinate with PR, digital, and strategy teams to develop customized proposals and pitch- Support senior leadership during client pitches and negotiations- Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and contracts in line with company guidelines Market & Industry Research :- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR opportunities- Maintain a strong understanding of PR, media relations, digital communications, and influencer marketing services Relationship Management :- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients- Act as a point of contact during the initial onboarding phase of new clients Reporting & CRM :- Maintain accurate records of leads, pitches, and conversions in CRM systems- Prepare weekly/monthly BD reports and pipeline updatesRequired Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (PR/advertising/marketing agency experience preferred) (ref:updazz.com)
