This includes engaging with real estate brokers, architects, and key business partners.- Client Relationship Management:- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs, Infra Heads, Admin Heads, and other senior executives, to understand their requirements and convert them into business opportunities.- Strategic Outreach:Use LinkedIn and other social media platforms to connect with relevant professionals, identify potential business leads, and initiate meetings for business development opportunities.- Sales and Business Development:- Proactively identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and assess client needs in the office interiors sector. Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.- Channel Partner Collaboration:- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with channel partners (e.g., real estate brokers, architects, and consultants) to maximize lead generation and enhance the company's visibility in the market.- Presentation and Negotiation:- Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients to ensure successful deal closure and long-term relationships.- Market Insights and Reporting:- Provide valuable insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide the business development strategy.
