Job Description

JD - Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking in international markets.- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to enterprise clients, particularly for software development and AI-driven services (chatbots, generative AI, SaaS).- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.- Stay updated on SaaS, software development, and AI industry trends to effectively position offerings.- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.- Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and industry events when required.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum 2+ years of B2B software solution sales experience with a strong focus on international markets.- Proven success in selling IT services, software development, SaaS, and AI solutions (chatbots, generative AI).- Strong experience with cold calling, lead generation, and managing the complete sales cycle.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
