Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula (Chandigarh Tri-City) - Preference for local candidates Job Type: Full-Time :- We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of professional experience in business development or customer relationship management- The candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, handling documentation, conducting meetings, and contributing to business growth. Key Responsibilities :- Manage and build strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.- Perform lead generation through various channels and follow up to convert leads into business opportunities.- Prepare and manage business documents, proposals, and presentations.- Plan and arrange business travel and client meetings.- Organize, schedule, and conduct client and internal meetings and discussions.- Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with business solutions.- Understand client needs and provide timely solutions to enhance business opportunities.- Assist in market research to identify new business avenues.- Maintain proper records of client interactions and business activities. Required Skills & Experience:- Minimum 1 year of work experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Relationship Management.- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations.- Comfortable with business travel and meeting clients as required.- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.- Result-oriented with a passion for business growth and customer success.- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
