Program Manager / Engagement Manager / Project Manager
with over 18 years of experience in leading integration initiatives using top-tier iPaaS platforms such as
Mulesoft, Boomi, Tibco, and Workato

implementation delivery, presales leadership

The candidate will be responsible for
end-to-end delivery management
, including
RFP responses
,
client workshops
,
due diligence
, and
go-to-market strategy development
. The role demands a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, and the ability to mentor cross-functional teams while driving integration excellence.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Leading large-scale integration programs leveraging iPaaS platforms.
Driving presales efforts including proposal creation, RFP responses, and client presentations.
Conducting due diligence to assess client needs and propose tailored integration solutions.
Developing reusable solution assets, accelerators, and sales enablement content.
Providing technical leadership and best practices guidance to delivery teams.
Acting as a key stakeholder interface to ensure client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can shape solutions and drive execution.
Key Qualifications Include:
Extensive experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Tibco, Workato).
Strong understanding of integration patterns, API design, data mapping, and cloud architectures.
Proven success in presales activities including RFP responses and client workshops.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices in integration environments.
Experience with API Management platforms and ESBs.
Understanding of hybrid-cloud and multi-cloud integration scenarios.
Knowledge of cost optimization strategies for integration platforms.
Business development acumen to identify and grow client opportunities.
