Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Communication:- Develop a cohesive communication approach across all platforms and touchpoints.- Build narratives around projects, studio philosophy, culture, process and milestones.- Prepare newsletters and updates that are clear, engaging and representative of the studio's tone.- Ensure all communication - visual or written - feels consistent and aligned with our identity.Social Media, Content & Digital Presence :- Lead content creation for Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn, prioritising storytelling, clarity and authenticity.- For Instagram, maintain a coherent presence through thoughtful content, captions, stories and imagery that reflect ongoing work and studio direction.- Maintain continuous activity on Pinterest with regular uploads, project boards and visual references aligned with studio aesthetics.- Use LinkedIn to strengthen global presence by sharing posts, images, case studies, articles and studio announcements.- Work alongside the communication designer to keep the website updated - new projects, team information, news, events and publications - ensuring all digital platforms are current and unified.- Coordinate with designers to gather accurate project information, drawings, images and credits.- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar that supports studio priorities.PR & Brand Outreach :- Share studio updates, press materials and project communication with relevant publications and platforms.- Maintain informed relationships with design media, editors and networks that align with the studio's context and audience.- Manage circulation of press releases, follow-ups and correspondence (the communication designer prepares the content; this role manages the outreach).- Approach outreach as a considered, long-term brand strategy focused on meaningful visibility and the right opportunities.- Identify appropriate avenues for features, articles, talks, exhibitions and project showcases.Analytics & Reporting:- Track engagement, reach, and social media performance.- Prepare simple weekly/monthly analytics reports.- Suggest trends, improvements, and new content ideas.Skill Requirements- 2-3 years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing / PR.- Strong understanding of Instagram, Pinterest & LinkedIn growth strategies.- Good aesthetic sense (colours, layout, grid planning, tone). - Strong writing skills for captions, newsletters, and PR communication.- Advance skills in Adobe suite.- Ability to work independently and deliver consistent output.- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite or other scheduling tools (preferred).- Understanding of design/interior/product/creative industry is a plus.- Thoughtful, observant and genuinely curious about design.- Strong writing ability with an eye for visual detail.Nice to Have- Ability to shoot basic content using a phone.- Experience working with creative studios / brands.- Knowledge of editing & newsletter tools.EducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Mass Communication, Advertising, PR, Branding, Business Administration (Marketing), Brand Management or Visual Communication.
