Key Responsibilities
Responsible for selection of spirits for the purpose of blending. Analysis of spirits and blends as per quality norms and standards. Implement quality control measures/ procedures for wet goods. Minimize storage and handling losses in wet goods. Maintain appropriate records (quality control, excise etc.)

Qualifications:
B Sc./ M Sc. (Chemistry or Microbiology)
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in the liquor industry in a similar role Should have independently handled blending, spirit selection, and quality control of wet and dry goods Computer literate - conversant with MS Office & ERP
