Executive - Billing
to handle billing operations and support daily sales activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate invoicing, maintain billing records, and coordinate effectively with sales and accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and on time
Handle retail and customer billing transactions
Maintain billing records, receipts, and related documentation
Coordinate with sales staff for order and invoice verification
Manage cash, card, and digital payment entries
Assist in preparing daily sales and billing reports
Ensure compliance with GST and company billing procedures
Handle customer billing-related queries professionally
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree (Commerce preferred)
Experience in billing, cashier, or accounts roles is an added advantage
SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
Freshers with basic accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply
Proficiency in billing software and MS Excel preferred
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Good communication and organizational abilities
