Preferred Qualifications (Full time):

? B. Tech in Biotechnology with 70% and above.

? 10th and 12th from CBSE board with 70% and above

Experience Required:

? Fresher

? Experience of 1-2 years in sales will be useful

Job Responsibilities:

? Collaborate with the BD team to do sales.

? Act as point of contact between clients and internal BD and CS team.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term

relationship.

? Responsible to represent the company and introduce its products to potential customers to

create business opportunities.

? Ensuring good & strong relationship with clients & distributors.

? Participate in exhibitions and trade show in Catalysts Stall.

? Willing to travel across PAN India.

Other Competencies:

? English and Hindi language proficiency

? Written English Skills proficiency

? Must have Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.

? Relationship management, Analytical mind-set with attention to detail and problem-solving

abilities.

? Enthusiasm for sales, negotiation, and building client relationships.

? Should have Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

? Strong interpersonal skills.
