Key Responsibilities:
Report Preparation: Assist the team lead by screening, filtering and organizing customer data for preparation of detailed reports.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, insurance companies and other stakeholders.
Customer Coordination: Liaise with customers to ensure timely submission of required documents and information.
Data Management: Arrange and manage client data systematically to address queries raised by insurers and lenders.
Service Delivery: Respond to client requests and resolve queries within stipulated TAT while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's in Commerce (M.Com).
1-2 years of experience in accounting, MIS or related financial operations.
* Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
