- Inventory Cycle count: - will be overlooking the cycle count and countersign the cycle count (on sample basis)
- Ensuring reporting of pending execution and pushing for it on a daily basis
- RTV to vendor
- Near expiry Liquidation
- Expiry liquidation
- Returned to WH pending for invoicing or GRN
- Pendency report for return of WH GRN pending
- Liquidation rate card matching with liquidation sales
- Metric capturing of the WH aligned with Central Biz Finance
